Yes, we support OEM/ODM customization. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pieces per item.
Q3 Do you offer sample services and how long is the lead time?
Yes, we supply samples for both ready designs and customized designs. The typical sample processing time is approximately 7 to 15 days.
Q4 Are the materials environmentally friendly and compliant with safety tests?
Yes. The raw materials we use are non-toxic, and we apply water-based lacquer. FSC-certified materials are also available. Our products comply with global safety regulations, including EU, ASTM, ASNZS, and SOR.
Q5 What certificates does the factory hold and what is the delivery time?
Our factory is certified under BSCI, SMETA, CQC, and ISO. The standard delivery lead time ranges between 50 and 90 days.
Q6 How do you protect legal IP rights and what is the warranty policy?
We protect your legal rights by signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). We also guarantee the product is qualified when the customer receives it. If any questions arise, please contact us with detailed information (including pictures, batch codes, etc.) and we will resolve the issue quickly.
